Life Skills/Career Exploration
*We are experimenting in the kitchen. This week, we are learning how to cook dorm friendly meals, in the microwave.
2nd Hour-9:09-10:03
7/8 Keyboarding
We use EduTyping. This is a great program that grades automatically, by measuring the student's accuracy, errors, and words per minute. Each student has a username and password and is able to do his/her work from any computer. The program then generates a detailed report of each lesson completed.
3rd Hour-10:03-10:57
Yearbook/Desktop
We design and create the district yearbook from start to finish using Walsworth Online Design. This is a class for Juniors and Seniors.

Elementary Special Class
Students in Grades Kindergarten through Sixth grade come to the computer lab and we use Moby Max software. It is a continuation of what the students are already doing in their regular curriculum, except they get to experience additional lessons on the computer.
6th Hour-1:15-2:09
Finance
We are learning personal financial planning, short, intermediate, and long term goals, supply and demand, and the difference between needs and wants in this chapter.
7th Hour-2:09-3:00
Business Communications
This class is for 9th Graders. We are learning all aspects of Microsoft Office 2010. This consists of the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint.
